That’s where ApresGym can help. ApresGym offers helpful fitness tips that anyone can understand. The goal of the site is to give you practical information that will steer you in the right direction. If you’ve found this website, then it’s probably because you’re looking for a change. Well, I’m here to tell you, that you’ve found the right place.

I’m Julian.

At the age of thirteen, I walked into my local gym and I haven’t walked out. I’ve spent many years toiling with weights, machines and exercises. During those years, I’ve learned a lot about weight training, muscular growth and weight loss. I’m a certified personal trainer and I hold a Kinesiology degree.

Who is ApresGym designed for?

ApresGym welcomes everyone from all walks of life irregardless of age or gender. ApresGym visitors are busy professionals, students and people looking for useful information minus the fluff.

How do you source your content?

I’ve spent over 29 years training in the gym. Of course there is no one-size fits all approach to getting in shape but I like to keep things simple. I’ve had many run ins with plateaus, overtraining, growth spurts and even stagnating progress. I’ve overcome lagging body parts and eating conundrums. I’ve tried hacking the secrets to staying motivated while being a full time student with a full time job. I’ve got tone of experience.

The gym is teeming with life lessons…

When you spend as much time working out as I have, you start discovering things. Little did I know I’d acquire life skills at the gym. I share these lessons in the ApresGym podcast.

I attribute my success as a business man and family man to fitness. Throughout my life, fitness has kept me on the straight and narrow by providing a guiding light during my darkest years. I’ve witnessed despondent friends rebuild their lives while becoming more confident. Fitness instills self-esteem.

ApresGym is more than a fitness-info site. It’s a lifestyle. Enjoy your time here.
